This original research process penetrates targeted companies and pinpoints those employed candidates not actively involved in a job search. It works for any industry, any company and any discipline. And it allows us to provide you with candidates who possess exactly the characteristics you are seeking.

A typical recruiting research project encompasses any or all of the following steps:

Designating the Account Manager
An Account Manager will be assigned to your project. This individual has several years of search experience, handling many complex search assignments for clients all over the country. The Account Manager is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the search process and will be your contact throughout the project, assisted by an experienced group of Researchers.

Research Strategy
We will develop the research strategy focusing on your objectives for the assignment and the role your search team will play. A realistic time frame will be established to complete the research project.

Position Description
Your Account Manager will work with you to develop a detailed job description, including salary, benefits, career path and other key selling points, including a positive profile of your company.

Candidate Questionnaire
Working closely with you, and based on your specific needs, your Account Manager will create a detailed candidate questionnaire designed to gather information generally not included in a resume. This is a tool to ensure only the most qualified candidates. The questionnaire reveals past successes, goal-orientation, analytical ability and how candidates handle specific professional situations.

Profiling Industries / Companies
We will profile appropriate industries and target companies within those industries. Many of our clients provide us with a list of companies to investigate. Others rely on us to analyze their industries and create an appropriate target list. Or we can collaborate and together build a strategic, prioritized list of target companies for your search.

Name Generation
Through direct cold calls, we will identify prospective candidates within the prioritized targeted company list. Names, titles, contact information, reporting relationships and other particulars are provided.

Recruiting
Selected individuals are contacted by telephone to discuss their experience, their degree of interest and overall appropriateness for your opportunity.

Screening, Profiling and Candidate Presentation
Using the position description and candidate questionnaire, we will provide information on qualified, interested candidates including personal data, education, experience and compensation, and will indicate why the candidate is both qualified for and interested in the position. Qualified candidates will be submitted to you on an ongoing basis throughout the search process.

Follow Through
When presented candidates have been reviewed and you have selected the individuals with whom you wish to proceed, you may choose to handle the remaining hiring process yourself, or involve us as much or little as you wish, for any of the following: interviewing, reference checking, and final negotiations. You control every aspect of the search, from initiation of the project and candidate identification through final selection.
